Shipping policy

Most items sold by MADE Custom Gear are custom produced after an order is placed. Because of this, orders require production time before they are shipped.

Please review the estimated production times below.

DTF Printed Apparel

Apparel printed using DTF transfers is typically produced within 3–5 business days before shipping.

These items are produced on demand and generally have the quickest turnaround time.

Sublimated Apparel

Fully custom sublimated apparel is manufactured specifically for each order and typically requires 2–3 weeks for production before shipping.

These items involve a more detailed production process and therefore require additional time.

Shipping

Once production is complete, orders will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once their order has shipped.

Team Stores

For team stores or organization stores, items may either:

• Ship directly to the customer
• Be distributed through the organization

This depends on how the specific team store has been set up.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for verifying that their size, color selection, and shipping address are correct before completing checkout.
