How long does it take to receive my order?
Production time depends on the type of apparel ordered.
DTF printed apparel: typically ships within 3–5 business days.
Sublimated apparel: typically requires 2–3 weeks for production before shipping.
Shipping time is additional depending on the carrier.
Are items custom made?
Yes. Most products sold by MADE Custom Gear are made-to-order. This allows us to offer a wide variety of designs and custom apparel options.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because items are custom produced, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
However, if there is an issue with your order such as a defect or production error, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
Customer satisfaction is important to us and we will make every reasonable effort to ensure a fair solution.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number and photos if possible.
We will review the issue and provide a replacement or other solution when appropriate.
