At MADE Custom Gear, most of our products are custom printed or made-to-order, which means they are produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, custom apparel items are generally not eligible for returns or refunds.

However, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchase.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the situation.

Examples of issues we will gladly address include:

• Defective or damaged items
• Incorrect item received
• Printing errors caused during production

If an issue is reported, we may offer one of the following solutions depending on the situation:

• Replacement item
• Store credit
• Refund when appropriate

To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number and photos if applicable.

Because items are custom produced, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

• Incorrect sizes ordered
• Buyer’s remorse
• Minor variations in color, garment type, or design placement that may occur during the production process.

Our goal is to provide quality products and an excellent customer experience. If a problem arises, we will make every reasonable effort to ensure a fair and satisfactory resolution.
